The arrival process was seamless, and I was thrilled to have my room ready early, allowing me to unwind right away. With ample sun loungers available, I enjoyed lazy afternoons by the stunning pool area. The staff went above and beyond, providing wonderful recommendations and even lending me a surfboard for my beach adventure!

The halal options were a delight, especially the dragonfruit bowl that had us going back for seconds! We loved the tranquil vibe, surrounded by nature, and the immersive experience the property offered. Plus, the staff, especially Petra, were super accommodating and made our stay memorable.

The marketing of this place is stellar, but reality is a different story. You can expect clanking cutlery and loud music starting from 8am. The food menu is limited and a bit pricey for the area, which is a missed opportunity since we would have enjoyed lunch by the pool if it was better. We even discovered mouse droppings that stayed for our entire stay.

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, with mouse droppings found in the bathroom throughout my visit. I was disappointed that services advertised on their website, like rooftop yoga, were unavailable, which did not meet my expectations.

The White Palm Hotel Bali enveloped us in its warm hospitality, offering a serene oasis just minutes from Balangan Beach. Breakfasts were pure bliss, especially the yogurt and granola bowl!

The location is a bit remote, requiring a long taxi ride to popular areas, and the limited poolside food options were disappointing. Cleanliness was a significant issue, with persistent mouse droppings in the bathroom sink throughout the stay and bugs crawling in the room, including what appeared to be bed bugs. the air conditioning worked effectively, and the staff was generally kind and responsive to concerns. Enjoying a slice of their cake by the pool was a highlight during downtime.
